Scary stuff indeed...
I've gotten so jaded of ALL politicians that other than encourage people to vote for the lesser of the evils, is all I'm left with.

I've never figured out how a person already wealthy would pour so much money and time seeking a job that pays $210,000 a year (guessing). Talking about politicians.

It's all about money.

When I look at the Open Secrets site I see that the funds on hand are pretty even for each side, it's just maybe not being spread around right?

I think our "vast right wing conspiracy" money is now in the hands of the indoctrinated children of those that have passed on.

The Republican Party is about effective as a lead balloon in any state. It's the conservative activists that should be taking the lead here.

The left has million dollar activists at every corner waiting and willing to drop huge checks on liberal candidates. They do it with or without the party structure.

Our problem is that the "vast right wing conspiracy" never existed. And now that the "vast left wing conspiracy" is in play, everyone is sitting around being shell shocked.

Actually the problem here in Colorado is the Republican Party. The Party Leaders have given up on Denver. They will not spend the money or launch a serious candidate. This has been the fact sfor years.

If they give up on 1/2 the state - what chance do we have?

Howard Flomberg's last blog post..Can you say Brown Shirts?
